Absolutely! We use the highest quality materials, including Genuine Swarovski Crystals. Losing a crystal happens less often than you think. But, if you need any crystals replaced within the first year, simply mail it back and we repair it. You can send the whole set if you like! No charge for a whole year! After the first year, minimal charges apply.
